Successful First Year in the High Tunnel

This past season was our first year growing in our high tunnel, and it was a huge success! We grew a wide variety of crops including beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, squash, beets, radishes, onions, peppers, herbs, sunflowers, and dahlias. It was incredibly rewarding to watch everything grow and to be able to step right outside and bring fresh produce straight into the market. Our customers loved it too, especially being able to walk through and see what was growing, and we even had people stop by just from driving past to check it out!

Like any first year, we learned a lot along the way, but overall, it was such a fun and worthwhile experience. We are so thankful for the support from our community and are already looking forward to building on what we learned for another great growing season ahead!
